  • berries - 5 kg;
  • granulated sugar - 3 kg;
  • water - 10 l;
  • raisins (unwashed) - 30 g.

Moonshine on frozen black currants

  • currants (fresh or frozen) - 1 kg;
  • sugar - 0.4 kg;
  • water - 0.5 l;
  • homemade vodka (40%) - 0.75 l.

Pour currants and sugar into a saucepan, pour water there. Then put the mixture on the stove, stir and cover, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and cook for about 30 minutes. The berries should burst and give away as much juice as possible. Stir constantly during cooking. Turn off the fire and wait until the mixture has cooled to +70 degrees.
